Everyone knows that they should exercise, but why exactly aren't more people doing it? Why should we exercise and why is it so important for us? Most people just think that exercise is primarily for people who want to lose weight, but this is not just the case as there are several other benefits to be had. Benefits of cardio workouts - cardio workouts make the heart rate go up during exercise and they work different sets of muscles depending on what type of cardio exercise is being performed. This type of exercise has a lot of benefits, which is why cardio workouts are one of preferred forms of exercise for many people. Cardio workouts firstly raise the heart rate which helps to create a strong and healthy heart that can cope with exercise. It also increases lung capacity, which is ideal for anyone who exercises as it enables them to regulate their breathing. Weight loss is also maximized through cardio workouts and stress is reduced as exercise is known to be a natural mood booster. This form of exercise also helps to increases energy and is perfect for people who have has disturbed sleep patterns.
So as shown there are a multitude of reasons why we should all exercise. It creates a healthy heart, strong bones, helps you to lose weight, helps to reduce stress, increases energy, boosts the moods and even helps you to sleep better. Exercise can come in all shapes and forms and there are few people that will not benefit from some form of exercise no matter how sedate. Before taking exercise regime we should consult our doctor and exercise must be done in expert guidance which is suitable for A can not be for B , your trainer knows which and how much exercise is good for you, and how many times in week will do.

Yoga is for every part of the human body it saves us from illness and cures some illnesses, Eyes , heart, stomach and muscles are toned and stamina increases by doing PRANAYAMS . Yoga exercises must be done in expert guidance only every body can’t same exercise , right method is essential otherwise it may harm instead of giving any benefit
A massage is when a masseur/masseuse manipulates the body by way of applying pressure in a structured and pre-thought way. Massages are given only after studying the proper technique to do so, as it is important that the therapist keeps in mind the direction of the strokes and how much pressure to apply and where. Massages are mostly given manually by one person, but sometimes they also use mechanical support. But best way is to do it your self before taking bath or before shower any time any where but before meals on empty stomach.
If you are old or sick you can take small walks and can increase walking distances as much suits you , you can walk any time of the day . If you are morning walker them fit in your daily routine , take tea or coffee after a brisk walk, you can do PT or yoga after that , then take bath and do a healthy breakfast according to your routine . Any type of physical exercise is must for a healthy life old saying goes “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man /women health wealthy and wise”
