Lokpal and some related statements

strange statements, comments given by some politicians, blogs by some peoples in power or opposition are not acceptable they are in bad taste and smell of dirty politics. Some leaders react as if stung by scorpion, does every comment require such reaction? Leaders of a ruling party have become so mean and foul mouthed that they deserve full condemnation. Everyone is free to speak whatever is in or her mind but some leaders are targeting Sri Anna Hazare.  Sri Anna Ji never claimed that he is modern-day Gandhi. Every politician says that parliament is supreme, there is no doubt in any bodies’ mind, and even the uneducated people know that. People elect their representative not masters, who become arrogant after election. There is no doubt  that only parliament can make laws, we all know there is no need to emphasize this point and use it to curtail our right to demand a good law , which will benefit our nation.  Some of the politicians playing dirty games probably they have been given job to defame team Anna, and to derail the entire process of an affective Lokpal. In their times they were among most corrupt people. We are among most corrupt people in the world, what team Anna is demanding is an honest powerful Lokpal to eradicate the menace of corruption from this country. Most of us are involved in corruption in one way or the other. Some media persons are openly calling names as if they are expert or public have given them right to abuse them - who cannot defend themselves all the time. One or two of them are always there in every program, spoiling the show.
One of the hon. Minister is going full speed to tell people that he is the expert in law and only he can understand the bill correctly, in a debate on some channels he was shouting not giving other participants enough time. He was trying to justify a weak bill most of us know now what is a strong bill should have, changes or amendments can be made within parliament by our learned MPs, but voice of people and commitments by govt. must be Capt. in mind while formulating a historic bill. Some people now are raising the need of Lokpal in their opinion there is no need of a Lokpal. Team Anna and lots of us middle class people are wrong; we should not ask for a corruption free nation our efforts are useless. Let us give free hand to every supper class who are our lords.
Team Anna and Anna sahib should leave the matter to parliament now, let us see what they can do give them time. Mean while responsible leaders in power should prevent these spent forces to make dirty comments.

EGYPTIAN AGITATION

Recent protestations' in Egypt are an ongoing series of demonstrations, marches, rallies, riots and clashes with police and pro Govt. thugs. This pro democracy unrest started from Jan.25th.2011 now millions of people are taking part in these rallies and marches. Hundreds were killed and hundreds wounded.

Tunisian Revolution fired Egyptian unrest the demonstrations and riots, part of the2010-2022 Arab world protest, started in the weeks after the Tunisian agitation, with many protesters carrying Tunisian flags as a symbol of their influence. Grievances for Egyptian protesters have focused on legal and political issues including police brutality, state of emergency  laws, lack of free and fair electons  and free speech and corruption, as well as economic issues including high unemployment, foof price inflation, and low minimum wages. The primary demand from protest organizers is the ouster of the Hosni Mubarak  regime, and a new government that represents the interests of the Egyptian people, and respects rights of freedom and justice.
Egyptian military forces remained neutral and refused to fire on unarmed civilians demonstrators. This Govt. is dictatorship and younger generation and intellectuals as well as Muslim brother hood a main sunny Islamic but a secular party is also taking part in these agitations. Egyptian Christians are also taking part, reformer and leader of the National Association for change Mr. Mod. El Baradei is also supporting this public uprising.
Google official.Wael Ghonim lent his support and was arrested his release from custody and an interview on Dream TV, thousands of supporters joined a Face book page created in his honor. We authorize Wael Ghoneim to speak on behalf of the Egyptian revolution. International reactions have varied with most Western states saying peaceful protests should continue but also expressing concern for the stability. Many states in the region expressed concern and supported Mubarak, while others like Tunisia and Iran supported the protests. Israel was most cautious for change and PM is asking his government ministers to maintain silence and urging Israel's US and European allies to curb their criticism of President Mubarak; however, an Arab-Israeli  parliamentarian supported the protests. There were also numerous solidarity protests for the anti-government protesters around the world.
NGOs also expressed concern about the protests and the ensuing heavy-handed state response. There were also numerous solidarity protests around the world. All types of dictatorships and military Govts. must go, democratically elected Governments with freedom of press and expression or dissent equal right for men and women rights to food, education and health and better living conditions is the most desirable. Such govt should reform political and constitutional laws rules and regulation as well as economic change is the need of the hour. Government should be corruption free and secular in real sense but in Muslim word it is always feared that fundamentalist forces may come to power, everybody knows what happened in Afghanistan. Let us hope and pray to almighty God to grant Egypt an ideal Government and better future.

GLOBAL PROBLEM OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

GLOBAL PROBLEM OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

In the last few months, the topic of illegal immigration has been a big issue with lawmakers and the people in world. Generally speaking, illegal immigrants are just people trying to better their lives. They are fleeing oppression, chronic unemployment, poverty and little or no opportunities in their homelands, tyranny of their rulers and terrorism and wars. Police brutalities, and corrupt burocracy and hunger. However, in the process, they face some tough issues regarding immigration and the rule of law. These people are exploited in the process by unscrupulous officers, leaders, travel agents and corrupt govt. employees, communism is one of the reasons.

Illegal immigrants in the
U.S. come north from Mexico in order to supply thousands of U.S. employers and farmers with low-skilled laborers. Besides US European countries and Australia face the same problem. India face the problem of Bangladeshi refugees .

Pros Of Illegal Immigration:
1. It helps keep the economy moving by filling low-wage jobs.
2. It provides a better lifestyle for those who enter the country illegally.
3. It creates a pool of consumers for a variety of goods and services.
4. Farmers are able to plant and harvest less expensively.
5. Contributions to social security funds often go unclaimed.
6. Illegal immigrants pay sales taxes.
7. Illegal residents, who are property owners, also pay real estate taxes.
8. Millions of illegal rent properties in depressed areas where renters are hard to find.
9. They purchase real estate and generate commissions for agents and brokers.
10. Illegal immigrants contribute to mortgage loan profits.
11. They open bank accounts that yield interest and dividends to bankers.
12. Many purchase auto insurance and contribute to insurers profits margins.
13. They contribute in development of the countries they migrate to
14. They provide cheep labors.
15. Some times they become vote banks and politicians take their advantage.
Cons Of Illegal Immigration:
1. Burden on tax-based resources, costing taxpayers billions of dollars.
2. Difficult prosecution and justice when perpetrators flee the country.
3. Disparity between legal immigrants who follow the rules and those who don't.
4. They risk death when traveling the desert to reach the borders.
5. Those who successfully cross the border inspire those left behind to do the same.
6. Continued growth of the demand for cheap labor and low wages.
7. No government reimbursement to offset states' illegal alien maintenance costs.
8. Potential negative effects on working and middle-class citizens.
9. Illegal money transactions
10. Mortgage loan fraud
11. Fake document mills
12. Imbalance in authorized immigration quotas
13.It gives chance to human traffickers, who take advantage of their situation and cheat them of huge amounts of money .some times make them boat people, leaving them on mercy of god.
14. some of these people take part in criminal activities and drugs and prostitution.
15. Govts.infiltrate spies and agents in other countries.

We live in very difficult times. Americans and people from other countries are feeling the pains pressures caused by unemployment, homelessness, poverty, and hopelessness, lack of education, low-paying jobs, stress and hunger. Should people from south of the border be blamed and criminalized in the courts of public opinion for trying to have a better life?
Illegal immigration is a complex issue but it is not an unsolvable problem. In my view, We'd be off to a good start if the government imposed hefty fines on employers who use illegal labor. The money collected should then be applied to implement efficient border security and law enforcement. As far as a fast track to U.S and European and Australian citizenship, I think that is wrong unless all other immigrants who have been patiently waiting, inside and outside the
United States, are granted the same privilege.
At the end of the day, everyone is just another person trying to do the best he or she can to have a better life. Compassion and justice intermix, which brings me to the thrust of this article: considering illegal immigration pros and cons, does the end justify the means for the person who knowingly enters the country illegally? Should compassion outweigh legal justice?
